Manor Lake Fishing Rules
Please Respect Lake Rules for a Healthy Fishery
Notice to all anglers - in the interest of all and a healthy fishery, please take care to abide by the regulations posted on our notice boards, and below. Anyone found to be breaking the rules will be asked to leave Manor Lake without refund and in certain cases, may be banned for life. Our Wardens are always on hand to ensure the rules are respected, operating strict policies for all.
General Rules
Strictly no night fishing.
Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.
Please always use waste bins provided for disposal of rubbish and bait tins.
Always use parking facilities.
Make use of the Clubhouse toliet facilities.
Day tickets must be purchased from Spikes Bar before fishing at Manor Lake.
Keep day tickets with you, wardens will check.
Anyone found to be damaging property / items on the lake will be banned for life.
Please treat all fish with care.
No fishing in front or at the side of platforms for safety reasons.
Nets
Landing nets must be dipped and rinsed prior to fishing.
Keep nets are only permitted in matches and for Members.
Maximum weight in keep nets 60lb.
Lines
Maximum line strength 10lb.
No braided line please.
Hooks
Barbless hooks only please, max size 10.
Bait
Tinned bait to be put in bait boxes before before entering the lake.

Matches
Maximum matches 5 hours only.
Should you witness any persons breaking the lake rules, we request you advise a warden immediately.
